Mode Architects Sdn Bhd is a progressive architectural practice, which was formed in 2001. Mode was co-founded by two directors: Ar. Ken Lim and Ar. Azmil Abdul Azmi with the primary aim of establishing a new and successful architectural business model. Together, the founders of Mode Architects offer a combined total of more than 20 years of experience and expertise in a wide spectrum of projects.


Mode Architects is driven by the ambition of creating quality professional and residential spaces. Urban living is dictated by the changes in economy, environment and society. Both the two worlds: the professional and personal flow into each other now. Keeping this synergy in mind, Mode aims to deliver its clients’ aspirations through its forward designs and products which cater to the market demand and social expectations.


The infrastructure industry which encompasses architecture, development and the living environment is complex, and fast-changing. If before, the industry was literally a bricks and mortar business, today, urban and rural spaces are influenced by technology, art and culture, and business., Mode Architects provides the answers and solutions for clients.
